Let's talk about creative portraiture

I recently shot "Portraits in Motion" at Columbus Museum of Art's annual Wonderball event. It was my second year in a row of doing an immersive experience where people could get their portrait taken in a unique, creative way. After these events, I'm encouraged to do more creative projects. To prepare, I'd love your help!

Here's what I want to know:

What do you like/dislike about this style of photography?
Would you feel comfortable being photographed like this?
What would make you want a portrait of yourself in this style?

I love everything that’s a “little different” and unlike anything I’ve seen before. A creative portrait like this is exactly that! I’d definitely feel comfortable being photographed like this...how fun! What a conversation starter for a home office. :)

Would look great as a Linkedin or personal website 'about me' photo - a different take on a traditional head shot. Probably fits the creative industry best. Looking forward to seeing your new project!! <3
