American Heart Association

Each year, the American Heart Association's Heart Ball brings together community leaders, philanthropists, healthcare professionals, and supporters for one of the American Heart Association's most important fundraising events. The evening celebrates progress in the fight against heart disease and stroke while raising critical funds for lifesaving research, education, and community programs. For an event of this scale, photography plays an important role long after the final guest leaves. Images help the organization thank donors and sponsors, recognize volunteers, share the impact of the evening across social media and annual reports, support future fundraising efforts, and encourage even more people to get involved the following year.

The photography coverage was planned around the event's priorities, ensuring every important moment was documented without adding work for the event team.
