The esteemed College of Medicine at The Ohio State University holds an annual event recognizing the exceptional work of their alumni, and the photos of the event needed to capture the full presentation of awards, candid photos of mingling, recipient portraits, a group photo of VIPs, and event details.

During a pre-event walkthrough, I worked with the client to ensure the best lighting options. This included stage location, curtain positioning, and portrait backdrops.
