Flying Horse Farms

Flying Horse Farms hosts Campfire, an annual donor event, bringing supporters together on-site at camp for an immersive evening experience. Guests explore the grounds, connect with campers and camp counselors, and hear firsthand stories that illustrate the organization’s impact. The evening includes camp tours, camp-inspired food and activities, and a central stage program featuring speakers and camper voices. Designed to showcase “camp magic,” the event both celebrates the mission and inspires philanthropic support that makes camp experiences possible at no cost to families. 

I was brought in to document the full experience of Campfire, capturing the event as it unfolded across the entire camp environment. Coverage included welcoming moments as guests arrived, key speakers and storytelling on stage, camp tours, and the main program, along with candid interactions and details that conveyed the energy of the evening. I photographed both structured moments and unscripted scenes, ensuring a comprehensive visual narrative of the event. The final image set reflects the spirit of camp - connection, joy, and authenticity - while providing the client with versatile assets for future marketing and donor engagement.
