Pro Bono Photography Project
2019Shortly after the 2016 election, I chose to take my negative emotions and turn them into positive action. I asked local organizations to apply for pro bono photography. My only request? Be an organization that helps a group in need. (Ex. minorities, women, the homeless, etc.)
A three-person panel reviewed applications and chose the 2017 recipients: Columbus Early Learning Centers, Aunt Flow, and Neighborhood Services Inc.
I'm proud to have helped these organizations serve Central Ohio by donating over 20 hours of photography work in 2017. Quality photos are a small part of an organization's marketing needs, but if they help bring in donors, customers, and community interest, they're a sound investment of time and resources.
