Pro Bono Photography Project
Shortly after the 2016 election, I chose to take my negative emotions and turn them into positive action. I asked local organizations to apply for pro bono photography. My only request? Be an organization that helps a group in need. (Ex. minorities, women, the homeless, etc.)
Quality photos are a small part of an organization's marketing needs, but if they help bring in donors, customers, and community interest, they're a sound investment of time and resources.
Each year, a three-person panel reviews all applications and chooses three recipients. I'm proud to continue helping local organizations serve Central Ohio by donating over 20 hours of photography work annually.
If you know a nonprofit that would greatly benefit from pro bono photography, the 2019 application is linked below.
